WFE PTA BLOG:
This is Mrs. Smith with a cougar update. Please be aware that Monday, October 31st is a school day for students, to make up for the day we missed due to Hurricane Matthew. School will operate on a normal schedule.
Also, please know that school will open two hours late on voting day, Tuesday, November 8th. The before school program will operate on its normal schedule for all registered students.
All parents should have received a Power School Verification Data Form. Please complete the form to ensure we have correct information for your student. Please complete a separate form for each one of your children if you have more than one student at WFE. All forms should be returned by Monday, October 31st.
Finally, 3rd-5th grade parents, please ask your student for the chorus letter and permission form they received today. Chorus will begin next Tuesday for all interested 3rd through 5th grade students. Please see the letter and form for more information.
As always, thank you for supporting Wake Forest Elementary, home of the cougars.

"The smile is the window to the soul," is Dr. Galligan's guiding philosophy in his practice. We are all smiling with gratitude that Dr. Galligan is a proud sponsor of Wake Forest Elementary School.
Dr. Galligan believes that everyone deserves a healthy and attractive smile, and his private practice can provide you with exactly that. Focusing on minimally invasive dentistry, Dr. Galligan puts a premium value on dental education and prevention, and he is willing to go the extra mile to make sure his patients have the information to keep their smiles looking their best.
Galligan Family Dentistry provides a comfortable office experience where our qualified staff is friendly and knowledgeable and our kids amenities exceed those found at many Pediatric Dentist Raleigh offices offer. Our kid-friendly office welcomes pediatric patients of all ages and actively provides preventive and minimally invasive treatment for children from ages two and above, so bring your whole family for a checkup!
Yes, going to the dentist is fun — Especially when you receive the right pediatric dental care Raleigh relies on for their children’s oral health. Dr. Ryan Galligan’s kids will tell you that he’s a kids dentist that kids will enjoy.

Who is keeping up this blog?
Hey, it's me, Kenna. My kid is in Mrs. Matala's 4th grade class. I'm keeping the blog and website up for the moment. Let me know what you want to see more or less of. I need feedback to make changes. Thank you for participating in the PTA. I believe all of our kids benefit when we pay attention.
